Maybe obvious, but use an AI based translation app that has text-to-voice...like DeepL, Google, or Yandex (although I've never used Yandex). Whenever you have some kind of thoughts that interest you or something you would like to say, use the app to translate it for you. This way you're studying and learning things that are interesting and relevant to you.
Then study the sentence structure and vocabulary-- re-type it into a notes app, keep track of interesting vocabulary, review as notes, etc. This is also a helpful method because you can learn grammar in context rather than trying to learn abstract grammar rules devoid of context. Make use of the text-to-voice feature to help make sure you're pronouncing things correctly (or at least reasonably correctly as English has very unphonetic spellings). Sometimes the translator app will be wrong, but it will probably be 90+% accurate, although maybe not perfectly natural sounding.
Then, eventually, start speaking, but don't worry too much about making mistakes. You can always refine your grammar and vocabulary later after you begin to express yourself fluidly in the language. If you can get to a point where you can have interesting and dynamic conversations, then it will make continued study of the language easy and enjoyable.
