Could you please say the natural and common way of this sentence? It’s a bit weird to me. “ I have found things with you that I have never had in my life” Instead of “found” what verb should I use? Gain? Achieve? And the verb should be informal.

Maybe you want to use the verb 'discover'.

It is all about the context.

Gain and achieve sound too formal. Find is the best verb to use in this context and is often used to talk about how we experience/discover things eg I find him really annoying . You would have initially learned the verb " find" in the context of something that was lost but it has other uses
