1) [make contact;come into contact with;get in touch with]∶拉關係，打交道

聯繫：
1) [connection;contact;touch; relation]∶互相之間取得聯通關係

Almost the same. Maybe 聯繫is used more commonly in the mainland China and 聯絡is more common in Taiwan area.
