I agree with Dan but I think that "affected", though much better than "effected", would still be wrong. It needs to be
"that you (will) not be affected"
It is subjunctive mood.

C It should be AFFECTED. Even native speakers confuse them. Most of the time, AFFECT is a verb and EFFECT is a noun. Unfortunately, it's not always the case, but most of the time it is.
