There is a restaurant in my area which is very famous for it's delicious "egg rolls". I usually prefer to dine out in that restaurant. The other dish, I like the most is their "chicken chili". Creating a mouth watering food without compromising with hygiene, is the main reason for people's attraction. Due to this very reason they have to start home delivery as well. To maintain social distancing, everyone's preference is home delivery. In this pandemic situation, having access to delicious food makes me feel alive. 😌 #GoodFoodGoodLife

(1) No apostrophe, otherwise it means “it is”.
(2) This sounds a little odd. I would say “My favourite dish there is the chicken chilli”, or “The other dish I really like there is the chicken chilli”.
(3) Or “is the main reason why people love this restaurant” or “is the main reason why people flock to this restaurant”.
(4) Do you mean they don’t currently do home delivery but they should (in which case I would say “For this very reason they should start home delivery as well” or “… they ought to start…”)? Or do you mean they now do home delivery as well (in which case I would say “It’s for this very reason that they have started doing home delivery as well”)?
