A vegetarian does not eat any animal flesh such as meat, poultry, or fish. A vegan is a stricter vegetarian who also avoids consuming dairy, eggs, and any other ingredients derived from animals. Hope that helps!

Hi Tutu, vegetarians do not consume any meat products at all but they do eat dairy products, eggs etc. Vegans do not eat any meat or dairy products or wear leather. They do not use anything that has animal derivatives or that has been tested on animals. There are also a group of people called pescatarians who are similar to vegetarians, but although they exclude meat they do include fish in their diet. I hope this helps. :)

Hello Tutu Vegetarian means people who dont include meat in their food, vegan are more strict about animals derivatives (milk, egg, cheese) so they just eat vegetables
