Hello. I'm a Japanese college student. Today the wind was strong. I couldn't sleep well in the morning because of the sound of the wind. I like spring because it's warm, but I don't like the wind.

Grammatically perfect! Well done! However, to sound a bit more natural I would say ‘Today it was very windy’ instead ‘the wind was strong’
