Can we say “I’ve never camped” instead of “I’ve never been camping”? What’s the difference? Thanks!

Yes, and there is no difference from my perspective. It might depend on the variety of English, though.

Hello, Yes, you can say "I've never camped" when speaking of a specific location. For example, "I've never camped at Mount Sinai." But when its not location related, it's better to say, "I've never being camping", or "I've never gone camping." Regards.
