Hi Andy. I am not sure if you are looking for a response from someone who is not seeking English lessons, but I like italki for 'free talk'. I've discovered that I learn a lot from hearing other people speak freely in their native language along with having to constantly form my own sentences. I did have one teacher who asked many questions, but didn't speak much and, through this, I realised how important it is for me to hear the other person speaking naturally. This is hard to come by in other formats such as TV, radio, listening to online stuff etc. Without living somewhere else of course.
