A great extension for Chrome to search your language dictionary!!! Ok, so I was reading someone's notebook entry and was searching for a definition in Korean. Normally in Chrome you can highlight a word, right click it, then do a google search for it. I wondered if I could set up Chrome to search other engines, mainly the Daum dictionary. Turns out it was pretty east to do. I just installed this extension "Simple = Select + Search" https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/simple-select-%20-search/aagminaekdpcfimcbhknlgjmpnnnmooo?hl=en-US Once you do that you can follow the instructions on the help page...but to make it easier, just add the name of the search engine Daum, then add this as the URL http://dic.daum.net/search.do?q=%s&dic=eng If you want to search another dictionary, you can learn how to add it in the help section of the extension. I think is quite a nice feature to help you look up words quickly

What is the difference between 이야기 and 소설? Can someone explain this? Both seem to somewhat translate as "story", but I'd like a little more in depth analysis...and some examples to help me understand better. Thank you!

한국 영화 Yesterday I watched a Korean movie. The title of the movie was "Doomsday Book". It consisted of three different stories. The first was about zombies. I like zombies, but this story was cheesy. The second was about a robot that became enlightened. This was my favorite of the three. I wish it were longer. The third story was about a girl who accidentally caused the world to end. It was the funniest of the three. How is "버리다" used? A definition on memrise described to as following something in a sad way....could someone please provide me with some context and a few simple examples?
