Please close umbrellas in case of strong wind and always when you leave the pool area. 12. Swimmers who do not observe the above rules will be punishable by law with penalty payments from 5 to 500€. 13. The tank has a depth of 1,15 – 1,25 m for half length that go 2,40 m at maximum. The inner edge of the tub maintains a constant depth of 1,15 m from the edge. 14. In this structure are applied daily, weekly and annual self-monitoring protocols which ensure optimal physical, chemical, physico-chemical and microbiological water requirements, according to d.p.g.r. 23 / R / 2010. 15. The maximum capacity of the pool in number of bathers present at one time is 67 people. 3. The managment denies any liability and losses of valuables which have been left unattended within the area or for possible accidents provoked by customers for non-observance of these rules. 4. Children below fourteen years must be accompanied by an adult. 5. Animals are not allowed to get into the pool. 6. It is mandatory to have a full shower and a footbath with disinfectant solution before entering the bath. The area with shower and foothbath is in a conspicuous position by the pool. 7. It is mandatory the use of bathing caps.
