I agree with the claim that it is mandatory to have a highly ethical and moral standard for becoming an effective leader. Critics would assert that the effectiveness is a different quality from the morality and ethicality and the decision making based on the utilitarian can make better results. However, when the leader focuses on the effectiveness and utility at the same time disregard the aspect of ethic, the leader could ignore the pain of some members in the society. For example, many previous Korea presidents were in jail or were inspected by next government because of corruption and fraud. In conclusion, I think that an effective leader must have the highest ethical and moral standard. The official who have this quality would make a policy and execute it based on the morality, so that this leader will not involve in corruption.

About Korean music group 'Ssingssing' Last week I found a very interesting Korean music group on Youtube. They sing music inspired by Korean traditional folk song "Minyo". Actually I learned about "Minyo" in school, but I didn't enjoy listen to "Minyo" because I thought that it is very outdated and boredom. Actually it has been continuing just as mere cultural asset. But they sing this Minyo with modern western instruments such as electric guitar, drum and etc. It is the kind of fusion music but the song and background music are not disparate and it's really modern, sexy and fun. All vocals are expert of Minyo so their vocalization follow the way of traditional Minyo. I think that it is a attractive point. Their costume is to express a Korean shaman, "Baksoo" which is a male shaman but they wear female costume and speak in woman's voice when they participate worship. Shopping in an outlet of America Last Sunday, I visited Tanger outlet. In order to buy my husband's cloths. He hates to go shopping. So when I ask him to go shopping together to buy his cloths, He always answers "I can't be bothered to go shopping.". But since a lot of his cloths were worn out, he obediently followed my suggestion. Actually when I was living in Korea, I never bought cloths in Rarph lauren or Tommy hilfiger. Because These brand's products are really expensive in Korea. I was surprised to buy these cloths in outlet of America. I bought many cloths with almost 80% discounted price. Although it is not a this season's product, the quality is same with normal priced products. At this time, my husband bought 3 shirts and 1 pants, I bought 1 cardigan and 1 sweatshirt in Rarph lauren and Tommy hifiger. Thank you for your effort to read my writing and correct it!

My first GRE test I would like to receive corrections for my writing, Thanks in advance. ^ㅅ^ My first GRE test was decent. Actually I had short time to prepare it about 3 weeks. So I don't expect much of this time. And when I took a mock test the day before the exam, I answered only 2 questions correctly among 20 questions in verbal part. Considering it, my score was not bad. And I got a very good score in Quant because I studied natural science from highschool. But I'm going to take the GRE again to get a score over 155 in verbal. It was difficult to take the test in a cold class room. I lost feeling in my fingers. My hands were freezing. However everyone seemingly don't have any problems related to the temperature. It was as if I was outside in winter. So I put my hands under my thigh to warm. Do you know the feeling that you cannot move your finger easily because the cold? Actually I always feel cold when I visit restaurants, marts and every inside of buildings in America. It is very interesting that Koreans feel colder than Americans. (Koreans more sensitive to the cold than Americans.)

getting my daily routine back My biggest concern (worry) these days is being difficult to regain my daily routine when I studied TOEFL test. Eating snacks, reading webtoon, or taking a nap, I’m hard to sit at my desk for the study. Even though I sit at my desk, I’m not able to fully focus on the study. Unintentionally, I browse new feeds on Instagram and surf the internet. Today I firmly make my resolution to get my daily routine for the study back! I believe in myself to do a good job.
