How did physical exercise change your life?

I think it's more like to be healthy in the present and the future when we go more old

It changed my life in every aspect.Initially ,I used to wake up late in the morning around 9 o clock. I would skip my breakfast usually.I would always late for school.i spent lazy days most of the time.Ever since I started to wake up 4 am. Everything just go on time whether about breakfast.I do yoga everyday.throughout the day I feel fresh and excited to learn something new.

After I started working on body I'm feeling positive, confident..I think this is something We should always do... actually taking care of your health and daily exercise is not only a responsibility but also a gift you give to your body. and no matter what your body size and age is this something we all enjoy... And we have many options like it can be yoga,gym, home excercise.. even a simple work out helps you a lot..so excercise daily.. keep yourself healthy and happy.

I've been a couch potato for my whole life, however I've started doing exercise recently.Though there might not be a significant change during this time to mention here, still there are some slight changes that I do believe they can make a tremendous difference in my life by the time. First, I've been exercising regularly during this time so, I think I've been a well-ordered person. Second, I realized I can think better while I'm doing an exercise, specifically running. Moreover, I think after exercising I feel I'm a happier and more energetic person. In conclusion, I feel these small changes together led me to have a good feeling about myself and going forward and, It'll end up me being a better version of myself.

Physical excise makes us better people. Some might say it is challenging to keep it. If you want to change your body, you should keep it for more than six months. Today I will write about my experience. I keep swimming more than Five years. It grew deep muscles and gave me strength. Also, swimming is less gravity and cardio excise, which provides good metabolic rate. After swimming, I feel recharge batteries. It is an effective way to reduce my stress. I belive physical excice help my sleeping quality. So I will reallly reconend stick with phsical excise.

L’esercizio fisico ha trasformato la mia vita davvero. Da bambino, sempre ero grasso. Il mio peso più pesante era 275 libbre. All’inizio del anno 2019, ho iniziato a andare in palestra ogni giorno. Ho creato una routine dei esercizi, ho cambiato la mia relazione con il cibo, e per la prima volta nella mia vita, sono diventato la persona cui volevo sempre essere.

Physical exercise is one of the best thing you can do to improve your health. All the changes that derive from it are positive in every way. On the body’s perspective you have several benefits for muscles and blood pressure but also for heart and lungs. For me , the better improvements due to exercise are connected to mental health . It is proved that the advantages for brain are huge . It is a good antidote for anxiety, and it is good to tackle the stress which characterised our lives.

Physical exercise helps me feeling like getting more energy. My health has been improved. My body weight becomes more stable. I lost weight and no longer need to worry about obesity.
