Areas of Expertise: CONVERSATIONAL and WRITTEN English
I am a BS Development Communication graduate, major in Broadcasting, so speaking is basically my specialization. I do public speaking, and have even competed in English speaking and writing competitions as a student. I am trained to teach English Oral Communication and Technical Writing courses to college students. I also have vast experiences in training adult professionals since I used to train ESL teachers on how to teach kids in my previous company. I have background in syllabus writing and course planning so I am able to create my own lesson materials based on reliable references.教学经验
I love conversations! Before beginning the session, I always establish a natural connection with students to set the right mood in class. My students are given ample opportunities to speak in class so they can practice and I can evaluate better. Though I plan and structure my lessons well ahead of time, I always make sure that I have very fun and spontaneous delivery in class. I also have a lot lesson materials and references for every lesson I offer. I am a very diligent teacher and I always aim for my students' excellence in every session. 我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I believe that mastering a language has a lot to do with practice and one’s exposure to it, so I make sure that I provide my students with extended speaking experiences in my classes. I’m also keen when it comes to assessing my students’ performance. First, I highlight their strengths so they can still be confident speaking the language. Second, I go into the details of their areas for improvement, and third, I provide very clear and doable recommendations.
I keep track of their progress over the course of our classes. I am very particular when it comes to thought organization, grammar and pronunciation. I’ve mastered the International Phonetics Alphabet (IPA) to guide my students better.我的教学资料

I took her trial lesson for the first time, and I had so much fun. I tend to get really nervous when I talk to someone who I meet for the first time, but I could relax thanks to her friendly attitude. I was so engaged in our conversation that I lost track of time. You can't go wrong with Coach Divine's lessons. I strongly recommend her.
