I've taught Spanish to foreigners in language exchanges (online and in person) and helped travelers discover the beauty of the places I call home. I also have experience in italki classes before pursuing my studies abroad. Now I’m back, excited to share my native language with you.
Teaching isn’t just about vocabulary or grammar—it’s about respect, exploring cultures, and creating a space for you to learn confidently and grow.

I am level A2 and it is very hard for to me have a basic conversation in Spanish. My weekly lessons with Maria have been very helpful. She is very patient and an excellent instructor. I recommend her.

I really like having role play to learn it. however, it's a little bit too fast for me and hard to remember the words. it would be nice to have a text book.

Maria is a wonderful teacher to practice your conversation skills! She is very patient, kind, and helpful. I recently started to practice speaking Spanish and even though I struggled to say some words, I enjoyed every minute of our conversation. I learned a lot about Mexico, the Yucatec Maya language, and our general interests and hobbies. Thank you so much!
