Here's a short background: I am a British Economist and an adventure traveller. I have worked with the World Bank, UNICEF and other international NGOs. I live and teach in south-east Asia.

I would highly recommend Alan if you want to learn English having friendly conversions. He gave me good examples, fixed my pronunciation and other errors, marked some important points. He has good pronunciation, easy to understand, especially if you don’t have experience with native speakers. He also gives me some advice to help me enhance my English skills.

从2023年就在italki和cambly上面尝试了好多不同的老师，但这个老师是最有耐心和认真的，也是我第一个购买课包的老师，并且会给鼓励和补充的语料，不止是单纯的让你说（因为很多时候其实自己想不到那么多用法而且自己想的表达和母语者的表达也有些不同）。而且很懂中国人的一些思维，会非常尊重中国人和中国的文化，不会像有些外教有语言种族歧视。中国同学特别是考雅思的家人们，放心上他的课！中国人不骗中国人。Best！
