Mile is an amazing Spanish teacher/speaking practice partner. She is a great listener and a gentle, encouraging teacher. Mile guides our new conversations to easily flow from questions and subjects that we have already discussed; I often forget it is Spanish practice at all. I also love watching/discussing the comedy programs Mile has suggested. After only about 20 classes with Mile, I have become a much more confidant Spanish speaker— which I can really feel this month while I’m visiting San Juan. Honestly, Mile’s hourly rate here should be much higher. She is fluent in English; she even teaches face-to-face professional business English classes in Cordoba, Argentina.

Mile makes learning Spanish extremely fun! While learning the language you also learn about the culture and different interesting facts from hispanoamerica. I have found myself progressing faster then I thought I would because she is such a great teacher. . The immersive teaching really forces you to listen, and start thinking conversationally. I would highly recommend Mile because she is fun, smart, patient and very capable.
