Jérôme

Jerome is a very patient and intelligent teacher. During our sessions he primarily used a book (Nouveau taxi 1) to provide structure to our lessons and created exercises to revise when I had topics I struggled with, as well as providing homework assignments from the book. He speaks very good english and has a great accent in French and is therefore able to support your learning not simply in formal french but also in developing your pronunciation. As he has a strong grasp of French he is also able to explain whether or not a subject or way of speaking is used in contemporary french. Overall Jerome is an excellent teacher and I would definitely recommend him if you are interested in learning french for the first time or to continue from where you left off!

Jérome is the best French teacher I have found thus far through italki. I plan to continue with him indefinitely.

I had studied French for several years and felt reasonably comfortable writing but was very lacking in confidence in spoken French. Jerome helped me very quickly to overcome my anxiety. He is very patient, encouraging and motivating.
