Hello there! My name is Romain, I am a 23-year-old French speaker from Belgium. I study English&Dutch literature and linguistics, as well as translation (master degree). I've always found myself passionate about teaching. Beside university, I also do music semi-professionally. I have many hobbies and a high interest for everything that surrounds me. Here are a couple of these hobbies: Language learning, Violin/Opera, Journaling, ASMR, gaming, walking, watching animes...

I generally adapt well to different types of students, as I'm always eager to find tools and resources that best suit them. I enjoy giving them small challenges to help them build up their confidence and test their skills. I can also help you determine your objectives and goals in order to set up a learning plan if you feel lost or stuck in your learning journey. My teaching experience: I have worked as a secundary school teacher and both the institution and the pupils (12-17yo) have expressed their enthusiasm about my lessons. I have also given private classes in French, English and Dutch.

We go through the resource together 3. Vocabulary/Syntax/Grammar 4. Topic conversation 5. Exercises 6. Summary Here are the lessons I offer: - Conversational classes - Introduction to French varieties (Bel. vs. Fr.) - Pronunciation classes (focus on pronunciation and exercises) - Translation classes (some knowledge of French is required beforehand)
