¡Hola! I’m Manuel, a Barcelona-born language enthusiast turned Londoner. With 20+ years of teaching across 5 countries (Ecuador to China!), I now specialize in **conversational and business Spanish/English**—helping adults and professionals speak confidently.
My secret? I’ve been in your shoes! After learning English in London and Chinese in Shanghai, I understand the struggles (and joys!) of language learning. When not teaching, you’ll find me salsa dancing or freediving—because life, like language, should be vibrant and fluid.

I am a very dynamic, flexible, and experienced teacher. Also, because I have learned to speak other languages like English or Chinese, I know exactly what you feel and what you need to reach your goals. Been there, done that! Please, let me help you improve your English or Spanish.
Even though my degree is in Computer Science I have been working as a teacher for more than 20 years. I have thought from languages to public speaking. I am a TEFL certified teacher. I also have attended tens of other teaching techniques seminars.
I like to adapt my teaching to the need of the student, some may like to speak more clearly, some are looking to improve their grammar, others may be looking to get better listening. Each student may need a different approach, so I am open to helping my students. I had a few classes with Manuel, and I think I will continue doing so. I found his classes are very structured, balanced with listening, grammar and reading activities. I leaned some Spanish before, therefore Manuel did some test on me at the very beginning and found out my weak areas straightaway.
