Praful is an excellent teacher. He's taken me from knowing only fragmented vocabulary to actually being able to talk and joke around with my mother-in-law. I credit this entirely to him as I spent years on-and-off attempting to learn Marathi with very little to show for it. He truly wants his students to learn the language and emphasizes practical skills, starting with an intuitive sense of the grammar. He's impressively organized, provides very thorough materials and explains everything so clearly and patiently. He's also fun to talk with and gives me the confidence to speak, while still correcting my pronunciation and other mistakes. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants to learn Marathi and learn it well.

I have taken Marathi lessons with Praful for 8 months. Praful is a dedicated teacher who always gives his 110%. The lessons are a mix of reviewing study materials, practice conversations, reading pages from Marathi books, watching videos, and oral & written tests. What I like about his teaching style: - Detailed study materials. - Systematic approach to grammar. - Teaches both formal and informal conjugations. - Teaches the rules, then focuses on developing good instinct and feel for the language through repetition. E.g. He spent almost 6 weeks drilling modal auxiliaries. It was the toughest topic so far but now I am much more comfortable with informal conversation. - Customizes content to match the student's interests and weak areas. - Regular tests to review recently covered materials. Most of all he genuinely wants his students to get good at the language. I have no hesitation in recommending Praful to anyone serious about learning Marathi.

Praful is a very effective marathi teacher. In a few weeks i see good progress in my son's marathi language skills. Through colorful pictures, practical marathi sentences, engaging conversations and impromtu adjustments Praful keeps my son fully engaged in the study lesson. Each lesson covers revision of previous lessons, new topics and multiple questions to ensure my son is actually picking up the language. Glad to have Praful as my son's marathi teacher.

Praful is an outstanding Marathi teacher! From the very first session, Praful provided a clear plan for my language learning progression, and I'm ahead of schedule in reaching my fluency goals. Praful's experience teaching various languages to a diverse group of students is apparent. I particularly appreciate Praful's emphasis on both language learning and acquisition. He encourages students to learn vocabulary and grammar through his detailed study materials while also acquiring the language intuitively through conversation and media. Lessons are always a balanced mix of both, tailored to my learning goals and level. They are engaging and varied, including structured grammar reviews and quizzes, discussions on various topics, watching online content, and reading excerpts from books. If you are willing to put in the effort, you will progress quickly under Praful's guidance. Once I reach a sufficient level of proficiency in Marathi, I plan to take Hindi lessons with him as well.

Praful is a great teacher, and puts in the extra mile to make sure his students learn the language. He has a great collection of study material, which is very helpful in learning the language.

This is my third lesson (including the sample lesson). As I told Praful, I feel more productive in two weeks of learning Marathi with him than I have in months of trying to learn things on my own. He was quick to pick up on the fact that I, like many students learning a new language, try to shy away from having to speak the new language. Knowing that, he is quick to *kindly* pull me out of my shell and gets me to practice speaking since he knows my lessons with him are pretty much the only time I have to actually practice speaking/correcting my pronunciation with someone.
