Atttentive aux mes besoins

Mika is so wonderful, I really appreciate her willingness to correct me often and explain things. It also feels great having a teacher I can culturally relate to. Conversations with her have made me all the more excited about potentially moving to Québec.

My goal for ths lesson was just to get past the barrier of having my first ever conversation in French after a couple of years of solo learning with apps. She was very patient and encouraging, and helped me explore a variety of topics which definitely tested the limits of my vocabulary. I came away with a real life experience of my language learning progress (better at listening comprehension than speaking) and I will definitely do this again when I'm able to find the time.

Mika is a great french tutor. She’s super friendly and not at all intimidating. I struggle with a conventional classroom style of lesson but she’s always adaptable and willing to change things on the fly. She’s also very precise when it comes to working on my accent which I really appreciate as someone trying to learn Québécois French.
