Olaya made me feel really comfortable from the start. She encouraged me to talk and created a relaxed atmosphere where I didn’t feel pressured or nervous. She asked me questions that kept the conversation flowing naturally, but it did not feel like an interrogation, just a genuine and enjoyable chat. I really appreciated how supportive and friendly she was. I’m already looking forward to our next lesson!
