Hi! My name is Monica, I'm from Peru and I live in Lima.
My major is on educational psychology and I worked for many years giving therapy to children and adults.
When I was younger, I lived for several years in the USA and in Belgium, that´s where I learned to speak English and French.
I love visiting different countries and learning about other cultures!
Teaching makes me really happy because it makes me feel useful, and at the same time I learn a lot.

I´m a very empathetic, patient and fun teacher. The most important thing for me is that my students feel comfortable, enjoy our lessons, and above all, that they learn a really usefull spanish. I also take special care on making dynamic lessons so you never get bored.
Making mistakes is an important part of the learning process, so don´t be afraid of making many!
I made the courses to have an ELE certificate (teaching Spanish as a foreign language), so I'm quialified to teach in a very pedagogical way.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I will first ask you about your goals for learning Spanish and then we will talk about your interests so that I can plan the lessons around that. Depending on your Spanish level and goals, we will focus on vocabulary, grammar, conversation, reading, writing… or everything at the same time.
I like to use different kind of materials and activities during the same lesson. Then, if you wish, I can leave you some homework we will correct together next time.我的教学资料

Monica is always super friendly and helpful! Many of our lessons are conversation in the past, present, and future tense. Sometimes she also uses exercises to prompt more specific conversation practice as well.
