I'm currently in Termoli (a small town by the Adriatic Sea in Southern Italy) after many years spent teaching and living in Asia (China and Vietnam). I've been studying Chinese, Cantonese and Vietnamese and I constantly use English and Mandarin Chinese while teaching Italian. I'm also teaching Chinese to Italians and helping Chinese students of all ages to prepare for school and university exams. I can help students to prepare CELI and CILS exams, since I am a certified examiner for those exams.

I love teaching and I will keep on doing this job no matter what happens in the future. I like reasearching about a constant improvement of learning process methods. I want to make sure that my students have actually achieved precise goals for each hour spent with me. My method is based on the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) and 13 sub-levels designed to keep motivation and to put the student into a consistent language development path. When I talk, I can easily change my speed according to the level of the student and I am familiar with every level and with the goals to achieve for each level.

I am used to explain and simplify every aspect of the Italian Grammar and Syntax in English or Chinese, but my main focus is on developing the student's communication skills for each level. I can also focus on text analysis and comprehension skills of my students from zero through affixes, word roots and context analysis. Every Italian word in my classes will make sense!
