With over 20 years in Japan's corporate world, I specialize in customer relations and business communication, including client interactions and professional correspondence. Yoshimi-sensei is one of the best teachers I've ever met: she's kind, patient, available to explain over and over again if the student does not understand. During class she is always positive and encouraging, making the student feel supported throughout the class.
She structures each class carefully, and always gives feedback afterwards, writing down the main topics, as well as any questions she was asked in class, alongside the answer.
I recommend her wholeheartedly!

My first lesson with Yoshimi-san was wonderful and I felt very comfortable speaking to her. She correctly identified my goals in learning business Japanese and conducted the lesson well based on my level. Overall I am very happy.
