He was very focused on the goal to give me a feedback of IT interview: fluency and confidence. He give me an awesome feedback that will help me to prepare more for my interview in grammar and pronunciation. also, how to structure my response and he had good knowledge for a tech interview. Tom was helpful. He uses my main goal - to prepare for an interview. The teacher always asks me how I want to make the lesson. It’s nice because it keeps me on course for my learning goal all the time.

This was my first experience with this type of class format. I had always taken lessons in large classroom settings and never really felt like I was making progress. But during Tom's classes, thanks to his teaching style and attention to detail, I truly feel like I’m improving—and having a lot of fun with the lessons. In the beginning, I was very nervous and afraid of what it would be like to speak with a native speaker entirely in English. Now, I always feel excited and eager for the next class.
