Hello! My name is Haruna. I'm a certificated Japanese teacher. I live in Shimane, Japan, and have fairly standard Japanese accent. I love traveling and learning about different cultures and languages. I would be happy if I can help you achieve your goals :)

I completed Japanese Language Teacher Training Course at university, and I got a qualification of a Japanese language teacher. I have an experience teaching Japanese for 3 years. Also, when I was a university student, I studied abroad in the United States and supported students studying Japanese at the university. I taught many students from around the world who are motivated to study Japanese. I like to see students' growth.

Wow was that a fun and intense lesson! Haruna sensei's did everything I wanted and could ask for as an intermediate student. She created EXCELLENT comprehension questions, spoke at 100% natural speed (as requested), was patient and motivating, and wrote down suggestions and advice. Looking forward to my next lesson with her!

Haruna is an excellent teacher! Japanese looked daunting at first due to English being my native language but the patience and knowledge of Haruna has allowed me to progress quickly. I now feel more confident with all aspects of Japanese and I would highly recommend Haruna!
