Hallo, I’m Theresa! Born and raised in Germany, I now thrive in Berlin’s vibrant chaos, teaching German with a focus on real-world use (think: visa prep, daily life, or nailing small talk!). Fluent in English/Spanish and conversational in Arabic/Portuguese, I get the struggles of learning a new language—because I’m always learning too! I truly enjoy 1-on-1 classes because they allow for personal conversations and focused learning. In our lessons, we will focus on communication, real-life situations, and your personal goals. I also make sure our sessions are engaging and customized just for you. I like to try out different teaching technics and using various types of materials, e.p. podcasts, work books, videos or music.
