I’m from Northamptonshire, UK, and have a diverse career background. I started as a teacher in Manchester before working in purchasing and import/export for a promotional gift company. Later, I became a Business Analyst for a major insurance company, contributing to a large transformation program and new service launches. I also helped establish a customer contact centre. After moving to Italy, I renewed my credentials with a Master’s in English Language Teaching, blending business experience with a passion for teaching.教学经验
As a Business English teacher, I specialize in helping professionals build confidence and fluency in English. I focus on practical communication skills for business settings, including meetings, presentations, interviews, and general conversations. Rachel is incredibly supportive, she gave me precious tips on how to prepare myself for the IELTS exam and also made me feel less anxious, which was something that I really needed. And technically speaking, she is perfect. I would recommend her for anybody who wishes to learn and improve English skills or IELTS preparation.
