Sara is a fantastic teacher! I have learned so much from her over the past 2.5 years and my Spanish has definitely improved. I love Sara's organized and structured lessons where she clearly explains concepts and then gives ample opportunity to practice. She provides homework to help students internalize the learning points, and gives numerous examples to help me improve. She is extremely friendly, motivating, and hardworking - she deeply cares about all of her students and has helped me thrive! She is also excellent at providing varied practice so I could improve my oral, listening, and writing skills. When I first started my lessons with Sara, I knew some grammar points from my high school classes, but I had mostly forgotten them. Because of Sara, she helped me learn so much that I can now speak with more confidence and ease. Thank you Sara - you have been an incredible teacher these past few years and I have loved all of our lessons!

With over 5 years of experience teaching Spanish on learning platforms like Italki, she first assesses your current capabilities and then customizes a roadmap/gameplan to improve your Spanish. If you feel that the plan needs to slow down or speed up, Sara has the flexibility to adjust in real time. Sara comes prepared to every class with activities, drills, tests and conversation topics to ensure you are progressing and reaching your language goals. With the help of Sara, I have gone from a beginner level, barely being able to put sentences together, to now, being able to confidently have full conversations with native speakers.

Sara is a peerless teacher from my experience, and I've had a few teachers. I've been taking lessons with her for almost 3 years and she's super organised, her classes are challenging but interesting, and she's got an amazing personality too, so will keep you entertained throughout. She's also super patient, attentive and will correct all your errors mid-conversation, thus helping you improve more quickly. Sara is a consummate professional, however like anything in life you get out what you put in, but it's important to choose a teacher like Sara who works very hard to help you as an individual and continuously improves her classes and techniques. She also develops her own supplementary resources including podcasts and magazines to support the learning process outside of classes. What more could you want?

Sara is a dedicated teacher who is invested in helping her students advance their Spanish and reach their goals. She is meticulous and detail-oriented and takes the time to determine your level of Spanish and create your learning plan. If you are looking for a teacher that doesn’t have a random approach to class and you thrive with structure then she will be perfect for you. If you are someone who takes Spanish class here and there, then you may not be compatible. Because Sara provides materials and makes a learning plan, working with her sporadically won’t be of benefit to the two of you as a learning duo. I have an advanced level of Spanish but needed structure to help fine-tune weaknesses that I still have in my communication. Having worked with her over several weeks, I’ve already made multiple improvements. Due to time restraints with work I’m temporarily pausing but I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a focused, methodical, and well-planned approach to language learning
