"I am an experienced and passionate teacher who loves her job. Working with children and meeting new people have always been of great interest to me. I also love traveling and do so frequently, which allows me to visit beautiful, ancient places and meet fascinating people. My number one hobby is astronomy, a subject of endless admiration for me. "I have 10 years of relevant teaching experience at a primary school in Tbilisi, Georgia, as an English language teacher. The knowledge and love I have gained over the years from my pupils are invaluable to me. In the last two years, due to the COVID-19 restrictions, I became skilled in online teaching. Teona is a wonderful teacher! All her lessons are well thought out and tailored to the individual student. She is very patient and understanding with her teaching. I would reccomend any person wanting to learn Georgian, to take lessons from Teona!

Great lesson with Teona, reviewing some specific vocab I had questions about and working on some grammar principles. She does a great job explaining things and is very encouraging with speaking practice, which helps a lot!

Great lesson with Teona - helpfully reviewing some concepts from last week and then moving on to new ones. She’s great at facilitating examples and encourage practice. Plus fun insights about Georgian culture and history as always!
