As a teacher I try to be adaptable and plan my lessons according to my students needs. I have over 8 years experience so I am familiar with a lot of the difficulties non-native speakers may have, and will strive to minimize these difficulties as much as possible while still ensuring that the lessons are informative and useful. I know taking lessons can be a bit a daunting so I try to make sure there is always a laid back atmosphere. :)我提供的课程和我的教学风格
Which lessons are for you?
If you need to gain confidence and fluency: general conversation
If you want to improve your grammar or expand your vocabulary: focused lessons
If you are preparing for an exam (such as IELTS, CAE or TOEFL): Exam preparation
In my lessons I provide material according to the type of lesson booked. For example: If we do a conversation lesson I might use articles or even pictures to encourage conversation. In Exam Preparation lessons I may use samples of the test to increase familiarity and preparedness. However, I am always up for suggestions and am open to using any material which could be helpful.我的教学资料

TEFL - i-to-i - 2013I've obtained a certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign language through i-to-i.
This certificate has helped me learn to teach grammar, vocabulary and pronunciation. It has also taught me how to overcome cultural barriers and make my own lesson plans.

It is incredible how I feel more comfortable to express me and share knowledge with Siya. The class flies. Sometimes I propose one type of lesson/class and other she brings a rich material for we discuss. I can see my progress in each class. It's very important share cultural knowledge with her, because Syia lives in South Africa and me in Brazil, so have a lot of subjects in common and other extremely different and that's makes my class will be exciting.
