Hi! I'm Alex and I'm a language teacher living and teaching in the south of Spain. I love learning and teaching languages, dancing (swing and salsa), reading and sewing. I am also very sociable and luckily my job has enabled me to meet people form all over the world. Looking forward to meeting you!
教学经验
I've been teaching languages since 2009. I have taught English, French, Spanish and Romanian to students of all levels from all over the world. I have a BA in English and French literature and a BS in Business Administration. Apart from that, I also have an MA in Specialised Translations and I've recently finished another MA in Secondary Education. Finally, I have a Diploma in teaching English to adults from the University of Cambridge and I'm an official speaking examiner for several language exams for levels A1 to C2.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I enjoy teaching through games and communicative activities and I especially like debates on a wide range of subjects. I am also an official examiner for various A1-C1 level exams. That is why I specialise in helping students prepare for official exams such as Cambridge exams- PET, FCE, CAE or IELTS, Trinity exams- ISE I, II and III and the TOEFL iBT exam. However, I can adapt my teaching method according to my students' needs and preferences. I had a really great time talking with Alex. She does a really good job of making you feel at ease and comfortable (which really helps with the nerves of using an unfamiliar language). She prepared a list of discussion topics which was helpful as well. Overall it was nice to have a genuinely fun experience using the language, I will definitely be trying to take more lessons with her.

Another great lesson! Alexandra corrected two other writings sent by me, I appreciated her tips very much, and I do believe it will help me to score a higher band. She is so nice and she encourages me to always do better, I really advice those who intend to take IELTS to have a few classes with her.

It' s a pleasure to have lessons with Alex, so much so that I want to book two lessons a week (my initial plan was one lesson a week). Her classes are not only fun, but also communicative and oriented to my needs. Alex is super friendly, kind and her feedback is very helpful!
