Negar is a fantastic teacher incredibly patient caring lets you know how to pronounce everything properly and motivates you through each and every class. I highly recommend her for anybody that is wanting to learn Farsi!!!

Negar is an excellent teacher. She is very patient, directing lessons towards those areas of learning that need improvement without losing track of the subjects I am interested in. Specifically, she has helped me move away from using a very formal style of spoken Persian toward more colloquial speech styles that are actually spoken by people. In addition to practicing conversational skills, we have worked on listening skills, such as reviewing songs of musicians that had tickets to see perform. We have also practiced reading skills and how written Persian relates to spoken Persian. Negar also provides cultural contexts for many phrases and words as well as the language I might expect to hear on the streets of Iran.

Today we have expanded my vocabulary and engaged in listening practice for the first time using content made for native speakers. I still have a very long way to go and I truly appreciate Negar's vote of confidence in my Farsi abilities. It was so good to see you today :)
