Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, in der Schweiz aufgewachsen und lebe derzeit in den USA. Ich habe einen Bachelor in Sozialer Arbeit und Lehrzertifikate in Englisch (TEFL) und Deutsch (DAZ/DAZ). Momentan studiere ich Angewandte Linguistik im Master. Ich spreche fließend Englisch, Deutsch, Schweizerdeutsch und fortgeschrittenes Spanisch (durch zweijährige Reisen in Mittel- und Südamerika) sowie Intermediär in Französisch. Derzeit arbeite ich an meinen Kenntnissen in Amerikanischer Gebärdensprache (ASL) und Brasilianischem Portugiesisch (A2). Ich bin auch leidenschaftliche Kletterin, Reisende und interessiere mich für Natur, Kultur, Wissenschaft und Linguistik.教学经验
I completed a postgraduate certification to teach German as a foreign or second language by the Goethe Institute and the Friedrich Schiller University of Germany (DAF/DAZ).
I always have been inspired by methodology and teachers, who make you enjoy the class and keep it diverse. I've helped and taught kids and adolescents in projects in South America and worked with adolescents and adults in Switzerland and Online. My experience made me aware of the importance of asking questions and listening carefully to each other. You learn a language practicing all it's forms (speaking, reading, writing, and listening). Fun fact: Modern science has shown that pleasure reading has a way higher influence on reaching fluency, than regular grammar classes.
To learn a language means: to learn about the foundation of a language, experiment with the language, and connect the language with emotions and experiences that form memories. If you are struggling to learn German in a classroom, my methodology can offer various tools and new customized pathways to language learning.

Ich nehme seit über einem Jahr Unterricht bei Simona. Sie hat mir geholfen, mein Deutsch zu verbessern und mich auf die B1-Prüfung vorzubereiten (die ich Ende letzten Jahres erfolgreich bestanden habe :)), und jetzt arbeite ich auf B2 hin. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen, da sie gutes Feedback gibt, sehr geduldig und intelligent ist und es einfach Spaß macht, mit ihr Deutsch zu lernen!
