Hi, I’m Britney! A certified TEFL tutor and education student from Ohio, I specialize in helping learners master English grammar, pronunciation, and natural fluency to aid in daily conversations, exams, or confidence boosts! Teaching energizes me because I see progress: students grasping tricky rules, sounding clearer, or finally nailing that interview.
My own language-learning journey (Spanish- currently speaking at a C1 level, hopefully on my way to C2!) keeps my lessons empathetic and practical.

I'm an educator from Ohio, USA, with a 120-hour TEFL certification in teaching English as a foreign language. I work in helping students improve their business English, conversational skills, and test results.
With experience teaching both young learners (preschool to 5th grade) and adults, I'm always adapting lessons to meet each student's unique needs.
As both a language teacher and learner, I know that learning a language can be a huge task. I use my own experience as a language learner to improve my practice, and I do my best to bring a thoughtful, engaging, and empathetic approach to my lessons.

The most important part of my classroom is you! I deliver instruction tailored to your unique learning needs.
Most of my students find conversation lessons to be the most enjoyable and effective way to learn. We can just chat, or we can talk more specifically about media that we share, or stories we've heard. I can help edit writing in English, or hone interview responses.
I give constructive feedback and try to find conversation topics that are genuinely engaging for my students.
I'm naturally positive and like to motivate my students to reach the next level in their language learning and to continue taking it step-by-step, building English fluency. It's a long road, but you CAN do it!我的教学资料

The pronunciation lessons with Britney are really helpful, she always manages to create a pleasant atmosphere even during this type of course, which can be more challenging for many. So, I highly recommend her to everyone, and I also recommend her pronunciation course. Simply fantastic!

After a few months I had another stuning conversation class with Britney. We talked about many topics, such the weather here in Brazil, in the US and meditation, wich I love. I was curious to know about the routine of people who live in freezing temperture, to go ouside, to protect the childreen, to do all the things when the power goes out. Besides that, we talked about meditation, one topic that I absolutely love, once thirty years ago I was fat, stressed, anxious and taking a lot of medicine for everything. So, I took my first course on meditation and noticed that it was paying off, that I had to stick with it, that i had to have discipline and perseverance to get the results I have been getting. So, I hope we will have other opportunities to talk about this topic again. Britney, thank you so much for giving up part of Your precious time to teach me English.
