Hi! My name is Louise, and I’m a native Swedish speaker. I was born and raised in Stockholm, where I still live. I absolutely love languages and enjoy sharing that passion with others. I’m also really into traveling and learning about new cultures—it’s such a great way to connect with people and see the world from different perspectives.教学经验
Although it might sound cliché, I really do believe that with the right mindset, anything is possible. That’s why I always aim to make learning feel relaxed, positive, and fun. I’m super patient and genuinely enjoy helping others. Over the years, I’ve tutored in a bunch of different subjects, and it’s such a great feeling to see someone improve and grow more confident. Primarily, I’ll make sure to get a good understanding of your goals and where you’re starting from. From there, we’ll tailor our sessions to suit your needs—whether that’s focusing on conversational Swedish, improving grammar, or just building confidence. It was my very first Swedish lesson with Louise, and I absolutely loved it! We covered so many of the basics right away, and she had even prepared a clear, helpful presentation to help me quickly understand common verbs and their pronunciation. We also shared our experiences and techniques from learning French on italki, which made the session extremely fun. Tack Louise!

Louise Hanson is an elegantly cool tutor 😎 – drawing me in after three lessons – I sense I'm starting to feel a connection to 🇸🇪. (Despite my (I'm sure) laborious diversions) Louise is immensely encouraging, deliberately attentive, and adaptably flexible. The lessons may be building a bridge between me and Stockholm, with language as the threshold 🌊.
