I'm a TESOL-certified English tutor from New York City who has a passion for conducting conversation classes with English learners from around the globe. I work in the film industry, and so I love movies, but I enjoy talking deeply about any topic, whether it be art, music, food, traveling, current events, or anything else. I'm naturally very curious and would love to learn more about you through our in-depth conversational lessons!教学经验
My classes are like talking with a new friend, as learning a language through guided and personalized conversations is the most effective path to mastery. This style has gotten great results with past students, and I've had students struggling with English become proficient enough to attain jobs, attend colleges, and make friends in English. So whether you are a beginner or nearly fluent, taking classes with me will no doubt improve your natural conversational skills and your confidence in doing so.

These sessions are truly conversational, and I have a myriad of conversation topics and articles we can use to facilitate our discussions. I can tailor our topics based on what you're interested in and your goals, whether that be to feel more comfortable at work or for casual social situations, and I love to learn more about your areas of interest, as well as share my own. I adapt to your personal learning style and English goals, and I will introduce you to many new phrases, expressions, and vocabulary, which will help you unlock your next level of English proficiency.我的教学资料

I've had several lessons with Sonic already, and it's always a real pleasure to talk with him. He's super friendly and easy to talk to, which makes learning English so much more enjoyable. I can feel myself improving with each lesson - he corrects me kindly and always teaches me useful new vocabulary. We talk about all kinds of different topics, and he always brings interesting insights to the conversation. My teacher is excellent! He is very easygoing, patient, and always brings up interesting topics to talk about. At the same time, he’s open to discussing any subject you suggest, which makes the lessons dynamic and engaging. When I first started, I could barely speak, but now, after only 7 lessons, our conversations flow smoothly. I really enjoy learning with him and highly recommend his classes!
