Gina Gargoles

It is so much fun to learn with Gina. She adapts to my knowledge level and I make great progress with her. She is great at explaining and gives real life examples for me to learn. She also helps communicating with my family on the Philippines and I am very grateful for that.

Gina is a very caring and patient teacher, and she pays attention to what I want to learn. She's always happy to make great new original learning materials, and tailor her lesson style and topics from my requests. Her personality is warm and gentle and she's open to chatting about local lifestyle too. She helps me with pronunciation and language structure using practical sample sentences, which also impart some Philippines customs in our lesson.

Great lesson with Gina! We continued learning about connecting proper nouns. Gina finished reviewing the exercise that we did last lesson. Gina also had me create sentences describing several different pictures. Gina comes up with good learning activities!

Great lesson with Gina! We learned about the markers for proper nouns. After learning, we did a "fill-in-the-blank" exercise to check that I can choose the correct marker. Gina mixed in some new vocabulary words to make it more useful. Gina gave a lot of positive feedback and is very encouraging!
