My name is Maria. I am from Greece, but I live in Norway. I have a bachelor's degree in History and Ethnology and I recently completed my master's in Social Anthropology. I have also studied African Studies in Germany. Additionally, I have lived in Peru where I conducted fieldwork. Living in different countries taught me a lot. I am really passionate about language learning and I love experiencing different ways of life and meeting new people from all around the world. Me llamo María. Soy de Grecia, pero vivo en Noruega. As a teacher, I create an interactive learning environment filled with diverse activities that keep lessons engaging and effective. I like keeping the course in a friendly and informal level. My approach is highly interactive, combining a variety of activities to keep learning dynamic and engaging. On the courses I focus mostly on the daily use of the Greek language, using flashcards, games, videos, and music to make learning fun and memorable. My lessons dive beyond language, offering insights into Greek culture, traditions, and the way of life. Together, we can explore everything from delicious Greek cuisine to traditional celebrations, connecting language with real-life experiences. Whether you’re a beginner or advancing your skills, I ensure a unique journey where learning is meaningful and enjoyable. I teach from English/Spanish to Greek.
