I'm Richard, I'm originally from the United Kingdom (Northern Ireland) but currently live in Mexico. I used to work in Administration in Healthcare but in 2020 I changed my career to teaching as I had grown tired of office life and wanted a new challenge so I began my transition to an online teacher.
I'm interested in travel so I enjoy meeting people from all over the world and learning about
their countries and cultures.
Since I live in Mexico I have been learning Spanish so I understand the difficulties that students may face with a new language.
I have 5 years experience teaching English as a second language online. I work with Students all around the world with different levels.
I understand the importance of encouraging students to speak, correcting their mistakes and focusing on recurring mistakes. I offer different packages please read them carefully before selecting the best one for you.
IMPORTANT - RESCHEDULING / CANCELLING CLASSES
If students want to cancel or reschedule classes this MUST BE done 24 hours before the class starts. Please do this via the italki booking system.
AFTER 24 hours it is not possible and you will be charged for the class.
I provide packages for A1 and A2 learners with a range of course material that we will study together. Packages for B2 are coming soon.

TutorCambly is an online teaching platform open to students all over the world. They each have different requirements and levels. Cambly advertises as a conversation platform but it also had a lot of different lesson plans and material to use as a more traditional class.
I have helped students with conversation practice and corrections. Taught different subjects including business English and also helped students prepare for job interviews, university entrance exams and IELTs.
