My name is Deshira Jakupi, I’m a 27-year-old neurodivergent artist, writer, composer, and avid chess player with a multicultural background that has shaped my fluid and versatile approach to human connection and learning. Born in Berlin, I’ve spent my life exploring diverse cultures, traditions, and disciplines, which rewarded me with both knowledge and experience.
It was in Prague, where I began my teaching journey, tutoring school children in English and German.
Over the years, I’ve expanded my teaching to adults, specializing in Business German for corporate clients, alongside honing my skills in cultural and linguistic fluency through work in customer service and translation.

I personally love to focus on TPR learning (total physical response). TPR is a proven method for aiding linguistic development by integrating physical actions with language learning. This approach helps learners associate words and phrases with movements, reinforcing comprehension and retention. TPR leverages kinesthetic memory, making it particularly effective for young learners or beginners. By engaging multiple senses, it reduces stress, increases participation, and accelerates the acquisition of vocabulary and grammar in a natural, interactive way.
