In the Czech Republic and Nepal, I even taught them individually. Because of my experience as an editorial writer, I am sensitive to the Japanese language. I am also in charge of recruitment at work, so I can demonstrate recruitment. 本人の目的を聞いてゴールを決め、それに向かってサポートしていきます。なるべく本人がしゃべる機会を多く作るよう、質問していきながらも文法や適切な表現の説明は丁寧に行っていきます。 I listen to the sutudent's objectives, decide on a goal, and support the person toward that goal.
