I worked at bars and movie theaters in Osaka for over four years, and I also have experience working at an advertising company. During my student years, I lived in Belgium for four years, where I was exposed to diverse cultures. I love talking with people from different backgrounds, so please tell me about your culture and interests!

Through my past experiences I've met a lot of lovely people from all over the world and the one thing that stuck out to me the most was the opinion about how difficult Japanese is to learn as a second language.
I've decided to take to italki so I may reach more potential friends around the world and converse in this beautiful language! I'm so excited to use the new methods of teaching I learnt in practice in our learning together!

Ultimately, my goal as a teacher isn’t to stick you in front of your computer for an hour and have a formal lesson. It’s to naturally develop your Japanese through a holistic and organic method! The sociable teaching environment that I developed in my time with travellers is a much more relaxed yet engaging approach that allows us to have a fun time together, whilst very effective in memory retention and allows you to speak with all the nuances of a native speaker!
