Hi!! My name is Jessica and I'm so happy you're here! I'm a Canadian girl living in Austin, TX with my husband and two kids. In addition to English I can speak French and now learning Spanish! I love music, travelling, DIY projects, and interior decorating/design. My favorite places I've travelled to are Hawaii, Australia, and Napa Valley in California. I have been wanting to travel Europe since 2012; I'm determined to get there! I have a great sense of humor and love to make others laugh! Can't wait to get started and hear about you and your English goals :)

My philosophy to teaching is to guide, not dictate. I create an environment where every student feels comfortable, supported, and capable of reaching their full potential!

Consistency over perfection! My teaching style is more relaxed and conversation based, with added tools to support continued learning. The emphasis is on consistency, never on perfection. Keeping a learning environment fun and light hearted will encourage you to feel safe to participate in conversation and build confidence in your abilities!
