Building knowledge is important, but I also value developing a natural sense for Japanese just as much.
I teach at universities and Japanese language schools in Japan, as well as an online career and employment program.
Through this experience, I place importance on lessons that are thoughtful, realistic, and closely connected to how Japanese is actually used.
In my lessons, I focus on thinking while speaking and gradually refining your intuition for the language.
Even in a busy daily life, I aim to create time where you can relax, reflect, and adjust your Japanese naturally.

I really enjoyed my lesson with Nana sensei! Our class is focused on casual conversations. She takes careful notes and highlights places where I struggled with pronunciation and used incorrect/unnatural grammar, and corrected them for me. She is very easy to talk to and knows her stuff very well. I highly recommend Nana sensei to anyone looking to improve their Japanese!
