I'm a native speaker of English from the United States.
I have a TESOL certificate and university degrees in law, economics, and international affairs.
I enjoy teaching and helping others achieve their learning goals.教学经验
I've been teaching English since 2006.
In my first teaching assignment, I volunteered in a refugee camp, where I helped my young adult students improve their English language skills in preparation for resettlement and further educational opportunities.
Upon returning to the United States, I began volunteering with a local literacy organization, providing one-on-one instruction and support to refugees, immigrants, and foreign scholars.
I also spent several years volunteering online with a non-profit organization that helps women professionals in the developing world advance in their careers through improved English language skills.我提供的课程和我的教学风格
I primarily offer READING AND VOCABULARY DEVELOPMENT courses.
FACILITATED READING (for B1/B2): This course is for students who prefer stories that are graded to their level and enjoy reading aloud during the lesson. NOTE: Materials are provided.
INDEPENDENT READING (for C1/C2): This course is for students who prefer reading independently and discussing the chapter or chapters during the lesson. NOTE: The student acquires the reading material independently.我的教学资料
