I have always been a cheerful and talkative person who enjoys connecting with others and sharing ideas. From a young age, I was naturally drawn to communication, and over time I learned that true communication is not just about speaking a lot, but about expressing ideas clearly and meaningfully. Teaching has always been my dream and passion. I enjoy helping others learn, grow, and gain confidence in expressing themselves. In my lessons, I create a friendly and supportive environment where students feel comfortable speaking from the very beginning. I focus especially on improving speaking skills and building confidence. Whether you are a beginner or have prior experience, I guide you step by step using real life topics, simple explanations, and practical communication practice. My teaching approach combines Task Based Language Teaching (TBLT), Blended Learning, the Growing Participator Approach (GPA), and Comprehensible Input (CI). This allows students to acquire the language naturally through meaningful, and understandable. My goal is not only to teach the language, but to help you feel confident using it in real life.

Today was a really good class! I think it was our second class together. I felt like I talked a lot and even with all my errors, I felt confident talking with Atifa. She is a good listener and really tries to understand what I’m saying. If she’s not sure, she always confirms (in Dari) to make sure she understood me correctly. I plan to continue booking lessons with her!

I just wrapped up my 50th lesson with Atifa, and they’ve flown by. I’m already looking forward to the next 50! She’s great at keeping the conversation flowing and always manages to find the perfect English word to explain the nuance of a Dari term when I get stuck. She’s got a good sense of humor, plenty of charisma, and knows her history, which makes every lesson engaging and interesting.
