Hello! I’m Suhyeon. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in Economics at Yonsei University.
The goal of my classes is to help students learn "natural Korean that Koreans actually use in daily life", rather than awkward textbook expressions. I create a comfortable learning environment where students have plenty of opportunities to speak, and I provide "immediate and specific feedback on pronunciation and expressions".
My goal is to help students feel comfortable and confident, so that speaking Korean becomes a fun and enjoyable experience. I guide each student step by step, based on their goals and learning pace.

- I have one year of in-person Korean teaching experience.
- During my university years, I also assisted exchange students with their Korean.

I believe that the best way to improve a language is by actually speaking it.
That’s why in my classes, I’ll give you plenty of opportunities to speak Korean.
I’ll also correct your mistakes right away so you can learn the kind of Korean that real native speakers use.

Attending classes with teachers is very interesting. Teachers are very patient and gentle. And the teacher will also create other courseware and engage in related topic dialogues along with the courseware.
The teacher will correct words and pronunciation in class. After class, the teacher will organize the unfamiliar words and grammar encountered during class. Through the teacher's feedback, one can identify their own shortcomings and practice after class.
The topics discussed in class are also very interesting, and the teacher is very attentive.

Suhyeon is a great teacher. She is patient and kind when the student needs to take time and think. The materials she prepares for class are straightforward and simple, yet fun simultaneously. She gave me a lesson that involved new vocabulary, and practice conversations!
